Over the past 12 years—8 of those full-time in educational operations—my focus has remained steady: making sure every student has the best possible environment to learn, grow, and feel supported.

Whether I'm coordinating complex logistics for an international summer camp, coaching young learners, or managing the day-to-day operations of a bustling centre, I lead with empathy.
